It is possible to get Caliburn.Micro to Execute on the UI Thread by calling Execute.OnUIThread. If I took the line Execute.InitializeWithDispatcher() out of the bootstrapper would this still be the case? Does it only call on the UI thread if I have provided a way to marshal to it in the first place?

If you remove that Initialize...method then calling Execute.OnUIThread will not do any marshalling. It will simply execute the code on the same thread as the caller.

Thanks Rob. I had thought this might be the case but just wanted to be sure.
