Trying to manual bind 'Name' in Hello sample

When I create the Hello sample using VB in a WPF app, VS throws two warnings around the property name 'Name':

WithEvents variable 'Name' conflicts with property 'Name' in the base class 'FrameworkElement' and should be declared 'Shadows'.

The app runs, but I do not like to just ignore warnings, even if they may be erroneous.  Changing the property 'Name' to something else works, but I do not like the limitation of not being able to use 'Name' as a property name.  So I figured I could just manually bind and tried this:

<TextBox Text="{Binding Path=Name}" />

But that does not bind.  What am I missing/doing wrong?
