Hi,

We have an existing win forms application and I would like to gradually port the code over to wpf. For now, I would simply like to use wpf to develop new features and when time permits we will update the entire app to wpf. Could someone please provide me a way to get CM to work properly under this scenario. It is not clear to me when to run the bootstrapper since there is no application.xaml file anymore.
