Namespace error in Expression Blend

I develop an app for WP7. When I open my XAML-page in Expression Blend and if this page has some stuff from cal: namespace then Blend shows error message. For example:

The name "Message" does not exist in the namespace "". (when using cal:Message:Attach)

The name "View" does not exist in the namespace "". (when using cal:View.Model)

Blend doesn't render page and doesn't provide any way to work with a page. I can only edit XAML-code of a page. Changing namespace to "clr-namespace:Caliburn.Micro;assembly=Caliburn.Micro" can't fix the problem.

How to solve the problem?

Try using xmlns:cal="clr-namespace:Caliburn.Micro;assembly=Caliburn.Micro" instead.

I am using VS2013, version of Caliburn.Micro and I am having this problem, too. The markup works on execution, but the page does not render in Blend or during editing in VS2013. What can be done do fix this?

I have tried dbeattie's recommendation, but no dice.
