ViewModel-first WinRT

I'm checking out the new WinRT support (great work by the way). Immediately I notice there is no bootstrapper class and it looks like we have to specify a view in the CaliburnApplication class we create. Does this mean WinRT has to be view-first? I have a preference to viewmodel-first.

Currently the Caliburn Application follows along with the Microsoft template for Metro apps and uses the root Frame which tends to drive it to be View First. But there's nothing stopping us ditching that and having a View Model first approach much what you'd do in WPF. Trying to enable both scenarios would certainly be the desired approach.
