When i try to do smthing like that:

  <customCalendar:Calendar ContentPropertyNameForDatesSource="NumberOfTasks" DatePropertyNameForDatesSource="CurrentDate"
            DatesSource="{Binding CalendarItems}" Grid.Row="0"
                                 >

                "DateTapped">
                    <cm:ActionMessage MethodName="DateTapped" >
                        <cm:Parameter Value="$eventargs" />
                    </cm:ActionMessage>

        </customCalendar:Calendar>

I get following error:
Error 8 The type 'Caliburn.Micro.Parameter' cannot be used as type parameter 'T' in the generic type or method 'Caliburn.Micro.AttachedCollection<T>'. There is no implicit reference conversion from 'Caliburn.Micro.Parameter' to 'Windows.UI.Interactivity.IAttachedObject'

Please have a look at the "Long Syntax" section in the Cheat Sheet.

Sorry, my mistake. Following Code doesn't work:
  <i:Interaction.Triggers>
<i:EventTrigger EventName="DateTapped">
                   <cm:ActionMessage MethodName="DateTapped" >
                      <cm:Parameter Value="$eventargs" />
    </cm:ActionMessage>
  </i:EventTrigger>
  </i:Interaction.Triggers>

May you create a sample that shows the issue, as I'm not able to reproduce it.
