I'm learning the MVVM and Caliburn.Micro bit by bit. I understand the basic, and now I'm facing a problem, and I don't know how to resolve it.
Lets say I have a customer user control (xaml + cs code-behind), holding a list of object.
in the related ViewModel, I have a timer that will generated some object randomly.
What I want to achieve is to notify the View (from the ViewModel) that a new object has been created and the control will render the object accordingly
I don't want to use the DataBinding and the IObservableCollection because the items will be stocked in double (in the View, and the ViewModel).
Does the EventAggregator will fit this purpose? from the example I've seen its use for the interaction between ViewModels and not between the View - ViewModel.
PS: (don't know if its relevant, I'm using NInject as the DI framework)
Thanks in advance.
