I'd like to use Caliburn Micro (in a Windows Store app), but the sample code in "Basic Configuration, Actions and Conventions" makes use of a class that doesn't exist called Bootstrapper. Any suggestions?

This is because I am in WinRT and bootstrapper does not exist in this version of the API.

From this link (which is one of the tutorials listed on the Doc page, down at the bottom)

"If you've worked with Caliburn.Micro before you will probably be used to implementing a bootstrapper, however in Caliburn.Micro for WinRT, we don't use a bootstrapper anymore, and instead we use a custom application class."
