Running Application without view

I've been looking for an example on how to run my application, without actually starting the view, but simply running it in batch mode.

The basic idea is to have an exe for my program using Caliburn Micro, and depending on whether arguments are given, viewmode or batchmode runs.

for example  application.exe   (starts the application with the Views).

and application.exe /Source input.txt /Output output.txt (starts the application without running the view, but simply with the given input file, so that i can run it in batch mode).

This way the user doesn't have to load the view if you want to run the application 100 times.

I've already figured out that i probably need to create a custom bootstrapper for this, but if anyone could give me a nudge in the right direction, i'd appreciate it.
